Booking Policies:

Rain or Shine

Paradise Proposals typically sets up rain or shine. If weather conditions are unsafe or extreme, we can move your proposal day to another day based on availability.

Deposit & Payment

Once details are agreed upon and your date is confirmed, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The despoit goes toward fresh rose petals and custom setup materials that are purchased once you are booked, which is why it is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the proposal after the set up is complete.

Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.
